Feed
Your day, in the order it happened. The Feed lists what your devices recorded over the last two weeks, newest first, grouped by day.
- Last night. Your main night’s sleep, with when you fell asleep, when you woke and how long you slept.
- Naps. Daytime sleep shows as its own entry and never changes your main night.
- Workouts. Each workout with its duration, steps and distance, plus your average and peak heart rate during it.
- Activity you didn’t log. When you were active for 10 minutes or more without starting a workout, Voke adds an Activity entry with its duration, steps and heart rate.
- Heart events. When your heart rate stays at 120 bpm or above, or 40 bpm or below, for at least 10 minutes while your data shows you were sitting still, the Feed notes it with the start, end and peak. These are the same thresholds Apple Watch and Fitbit use for their high and low heart rate notifications. Heart events aren’t medical alerts.
- Morning summary. After your night syncs, Voke adds a short summary: your sleep, resting heart rate, heart rate variability and other overnight readings, each with a two-week trend line, then one sentence and two or three suggestions for the day. The numbers come straight from your data; the AI writes only the sentence and suggestions. You can turn it off with the AI switch.
History and day view
Any day, by the hour or by the minute. Open any day to see heart rate, steps, activity and other readings across the whole day.
- Drag across a chart to read the exact value at each minute.
- Open a night to see its sleep stages and times, and your heart rate overnight.
- Step back to trends over a week, a month or a year.
- History tracks sleep, readiness, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and steps over time.
- A daily readiness score, worked out the same way whether your data came from Apple Health or Google Health.
Voke imports up to a year of history from Google Health when you connect it.
Circles
Share with the people you choose, and see what they share back. A circle is a group you make: your partner, your family, a few friends, a running club. There’s no limit on how many circles you make or how many people join one.
- Invite with a link or a code. Send an invite link over Messages, Mail or AirDrop, or read out a 10-character code. Invites expire after 7 days.
- Pick what each circle sees. For each category, such as sleep, heart, vitals, activity and workouts, you choose a level. Off shares nothing, score shares scores only, summary adds daily totals, and detail adds charts and sessions.
- One level for the whole circle. Everyone in a circle sees the same. To share more with one person, make a circle with just the two of you.
- You choose before anything is shared. Your first circle starts with sleep, heart and readiness ticked, and you can untick any of them. Join a circle later and every category starts off.
- See each other’s week. A circle shows each member’s sleep, steps and readiness for the week, for whatever they’ve chosen to share.
- Open a person. See the days, nights and charts they share with you, at the level they picked.
- Change your mind any time. Lower a level, remove a person, leave a circle or delete it. The change reaches their phone within seconds.
- Some things are never shared. Body measurements, such as weight and body fat, and heart rhythm events stay visible to you only, whatever you pick.
Ask Voke
Ask about your data in plain words. The AI tab has a simple chat. Ask things like “How did I sleep this week?” or “Was my resting heart rate higher after my long run?” and get a short, plain answer.
- It looks up your data before it answers and doesn’t guess numbers.
- It can read data people in your circles share with you, but only if they’ve turned on “Let their AI see this too” in a circle you’re both in.
- Answers are plain text, with no links or images.
- Your chats are encrypted with your account key and deleted after 30 days.
- Your questions and the data looked up to answer them go to an AI model provider through Vercel’s AI Gateway with zero data retention: the provider deletes them after answering and doesn’t train on them.
Use your own AI
Connect the AI you already use. Voke works as a connector for AI apps that support MCP, the standard way assistants connect to outside data. Setup guides cover Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity, Mistral, Cursor, VS Code, Claude Code and any other MCP app.
- Read-only. Your AI can read your data. It can’t change or delete anything.
- You pick the categories. When you approve a connection on your phone, you choose which categories it can read.
- Other people’s data stays off by default. Your AI sees people in your circles only where they’ve allowed it in a circle you share.
- See what it read. Voke keeps a log of each AI read, such as “Claude read your sleep”.
- Disconnect any time. Remove a connection from Settings and it stops working at once.
When you connect your own AI, the data it reads goes to that AI company under your account with them, and their own privacy terms apply.
Sources
Voke reads from the apps that already have your data. Voke is read-only: it never writes anything back to Apple Health or Google.
- Apple Health. Everything the Health app on your iPhone holds, including Apple Watch, read with your permission on your phone.
- Google Health. Your Google account’s health data, including Fitbit and Pixel Watch.
- Planned. Direct connections to Oura, WHOOP and Garmin. Until then, data from these devices reaches Voke if the device’s app writes it to Apple Health.
When two sources record the same thing, Voke picks one so nothing is counted twice. The Sources tab shows each source, what it sends and when it last synced.
Privacy controls
You decide who sees what, one category at a time. Your health data is encrypted with a key that belongs to your account, and you decide who sees it and which parts they see.
- One switch for AI. In your account settings, turn off “Use AI features” and Voke hides the AI tab, disconnects every AI app, deletes your chats and morning summaries, and keeps your data out of everyone else’s AI.
- Sign out other devices. One action signs out every other iPhone on your account.
- Delete your account in the app. It removes your health data, your circles and everything you share. Within 7 days your data can’t be read anywhere, including backups.
- No ads, no selling data. Voke has no ads and doesn’t sell your data.
