Your Oura Ring can save its data to Apple Health. Voke reads Apple Health. So you keep the ring, and see your nights in Voke next to everyone you share with, whatever they wear.
How your Oura data reaches Voke
In the Oura app, turn on the Apple Health integration. Then in Voke, open your account, then Sources, and add Apple Health.
From Oura, Apple Health receives:
- Sleep, with its stages and times.
- Heart rate, minute by minute.
- Breathing rate overnight.
- Steps and active calories.
- Workouts, with routes.
Voke reads each of them. If you also wear a watch, Voke counts each night once and fills the gaps from the other device.
Circles with people on any device
Oura Circles share your Readiness, Sleep and Activity scores with other Oura members, as daily scores or weekly averages.
In Voke, your circles can include anyone who uses Voke. A partner with an Apple Watch, a parent with a Fitbit and a friend with a ring can all be in one circle.
For each category, such as sleep, heart, activity and workouts, you choose what each circle sees: scores only, daily totals, or the whole night with its stages. Your weight and heart rhythm events stay with you. There’s no limit on circles or members.
How to share without oversharing walks through the settings.
Your day on one timeline
The Feed lays out each day in order: last night, the morning walk, an afternoon nap, the evening run. Each night gets a sleep score. Tap any day to read your heart rate minute by minute, with your steps underneath.
Ask about your data
Ask Voke is a chat that answers from your data. Ask “did I sleep worse this week?” and get a straight answer, with the numbers behind it. After each night, a short morning summary points out what stands out.
Prefer the assistant you already use? Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or another MCP app and choose which categories it can read. Use any AI assistant with your health data shows how.
Encrypted end to end
Voke uses post-quantum end-to-end encryption. Your key is made on your iPhone and stored in iCloud Keychain. Voke cannot read the health data it stores.
Your phone seals what each circle can see with keys only its members hold. Who can see your health data in Voke has the detail.
Price
Voke is $11.99 a month, or $114.99 a year, with a one-week free trial. One plan covers everything: circles, Ask Voke, the morning summary and connecting your own AI. See pricing.
Keep wearing your ring, turn on Apple Health in the Oura app, and get Voke for iPhone.
